LISA WONG is named HONORED ARTIST of The American Prize, 2023

Choral conductor LISA WONG has been selected as an Honored Artist of The American Prize, 2023. Honored Artists are individuals (or ensembles) who have proven themselves to be of “sustained excellence” over a number of seasons as laureates of The American Prize competitions. Dr. Wong’a award was announced as part of The American Prize annual Independence Day Honors, July 4, 2023, at which time conductor and Ives scholar James Sinclair, composer Wallace DePue, conductor Desiree Overree & the Katy (TX) Independent School District, and stage director Copeland Woodruff were also honored.
