Join Me on a Musical Journey This Summer by Santiago Veros

July 4, 2024 by Santiago Veros, Composer Leave a Comment

Dear Choral Enthusiasts,

Happy Independence Day! As we celebrate the spirit of unity and freedom, I am excited to share some wonderful updates and opportunities to connect through the power of choral music.

Creating Together

Music has always been a tool for connection and joy in my life. I believe that when we collaborate, share laughter, and create together, we make the world a better place. This summer, I want to extend an invitation to all of you to explore new themes, discover fresh compositions, and make new friends along the way.

Explore My Latest Compositions

I have been working on some exciting new pieces that I believe will resonate with you and your choirs. Here are a few highlights:

– “Land of Angels”: Recently premiered in Cyprus, this piece is available for TTBB and SSAA. In just three minutes, it condenses deep emotions about loss, the value of living life fully, and leaving a legacy for those who follow. Its poignant message and beautiful harmonies make it a touching addition to any concert program.

– O Crux: The SATB version of this piece has just been premiered in Los Angeles. It’s a short, easy piece with fresh and new harmonies that both audiences and singers will enjoy. It’s a perfect opportunity for a regional premiere, given its recent debut.

– Kyrie” from the Eternal Unity Mass: This is the first movement of my most ambitious project yet, a mass written over 10 years, revealing each movement one at a time. The symphonic choral version of “Kyrie” is now available on my website.

Additionally, I am in the process of forming a consortium for the second movement of the Eternal Unity Mass, the “Gloria”. This is an exciting opportunity for choirs to be part of a groundbreaking project. Feel free to reach out for more information about joining this consortium.

Why Collaborate?

Collaborating with fellow musicians and choirs has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It not only enhances the musical journey but also builds lasting connections. By working together, we can achieve incredible things and bring joy to our audiences. I encourage you to take a look at my compositions and see how they might fit into your upcoming performances.

Let’s Chat and Create

This summer is the perfect time to connect and plan something extraordinary for the next season. Whether you’re looking for a new theme for your concert or want to commission a piece that speaks to your choir’s unique spirit, I’m here to help. Let’s chat and explore the endless possibilities of making music together.
