Interview with Richard Smallwood

May 25, 2011 by Patrick D. McCoy Leave a Comment

Please check out this informative interview with legendary Gospel Music Virtuoso, Richard Smallwood I had on yesterday.  We all have at some point used his “Total Praise” at the end of choral festivals, worship services and workshops.  But, who knew that the song came out of a bad place.  I think you all will really enjoy this interview.  Smallwood also speaks in depth about his early classical musical training, which is immediate in his writing.  CLICK HERE TO LISTEN
