Indanapolis Children’s Choir gets Groban recognition

July 22, 2011 by Richard Allen Roe Leave a Comment

By Jay Harvey

Singer-songwriter Josh Groban, who performs Tuesday at Conseco
Fieldhouse, is expected to announce that the Indianapolis
Children’s Choir will be among the first beneficiaries of his Find
Your Light Foundation (in partnership with Americans for the Arts).
The foundation is designed to assist fund-raising for nonprofit
organizations located in and near cities Groban performs in.

Groban’s interest in furthering arts education is congruent with
ICC’s Everyone C.O.U.N.T.S. (Community Outreach United and
Nurturing Through Song) program.
