“God is There” SATB Anthem

April 11, 2024 by Travis L. Boyd Leave a Comment

“God is There” has a message of assurance that is appropriate year round. The Shawnee Press description states, “The miracle of prayer is caressed with memorable music and meaningful text in this song of assurance. The piano ebbs and flows, supporting a lightly syncopated verse before a lush harmonic refrain carries the choir to moments of deep beauty.”

This anthem has been beautifully sung by students from all over the state of Georgia at the Surge Music Festival, by adult choirs nation wide, and by The Sons of Jubal in a TTBB version, a choir made up primarily of Ministers of Music from Georgia and directed by Dr. Jon Duncan.
