Gloria – a touch of Indonesia in a liturgical text

September 11, 2010 by ivan yohan Leave a Comment

Gloria – from Indonesian Mass

I would like to announce the publication of my composition by Porfiri and Horváth Publishers:
http://www.edition-musiccontact.com/product_info.php?products_id=670

Gloria is part of the project of combining Indonesian music elements with classical music writing.
Yelling, rhythmical patterns and imitation of traditional Papua nose-flute are inserted in the composition.
