“Future of Intelligence” Consortium for SATB and SSAA choirs

What does AI have to say about the dangers it may pose to humanity?  I thought I would ask.  “The Future of Intelligence” will set a text written by AI about AI.  Yes, by AI – I collaborated with Chat GPT, experimenting with different prompts and instructions, and offering editorial suggestions, but the text was indeed written by the AI we all love to hate.  This piece will spark discussions as well as being an exciting, energetic highlight on a program! 

Voicing: SATB or SSAA, with double bass, & flute.  There will also be versions for SATB or SSAA with piano, for those without access to the necessary instrumentalists.

Difficulty: Accessible (high school and above)

Duration: 3-4 minutes

Included: Workshop with Composer (remotely if outside of the NYC metropolitan area), Practice Tracks
