SATB and piano Sacred Concert piece: When the Lord is My Light
Setting text from the Psalms and Isaiah, “When the Lord is My Light” has been a favorite with singers and listeners in both chamber and festival choir performances. It is ideal for high school age choirs that include sacred repertoire in their performances. It is an intensely exciting piece with an emphasis on “courage.” The choral choral parts are very accessible and have no divisi.
