Chorosynthesis sponsors the Empowering Silenced Voices Database, a free, searchable, crowd-sourced database of socially conscious music. Thanks to the help of our research assistants last summer, we converted our database from a spreadsheet to a platform with a searchable interface that includes all of the pieces we have featured in our reading sessions and concerts and recommendations by other singers, conductors, and composers.
