Emergency Help Needed

May 26, 2011 by Eileen Finley Leave a Comment

My children’s choir, the Pennsylvania Youth Chorale, is planning a concert tour to California from June 22-30, 2011.  The concert sponsors and home-stay arrangements were made in March/April.  The airline tickets are purchased. We’re flying into and out of LA and singing in the LA area and the San Diego area.

This week, two of our sponsors canceled because they couldn’t arrange the housing for the 19 children.  This is an emergency!  Would any choirs–children, adult, church or community, be willing to help us with housing and a concert and/or church service for 2 to 4 nights (June 25, 26, 27, 28)?

You can learn more about us on our website:  www.pennsylvaniayouthchorale.com.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
