Neil was commissioned to compose this piece by the Winnipeg Singers as part of a project of four composers setting specific parts of the Mass. Weisensel was given the Benedictus and together with his creative and life partner, Rachel Landrecht, they produced this lovely a cappella piece “Blessed”. Enjoy!
