TTBB setting of A. E. Housman’s poignant late autobiographical poem.
As a student at Oxford Housman had fallen in love with a classmate, Moses Jackson who admired him greatly
but could not share his feelings. Jackson later married without informing Housman and moved to Canada,
and from that great distance he eventually resumed contact.
