Auditions – all voices (St. Louis, MO)

July 1, 2022 by Philip Barnes Leave a Comment

The Saint Louis Chamber Chorus invites prospective members to audition at one of three sessions in July & August. The upcoming season will include six programs on Sunday afternoons, with rehearsals on Monday nights. The SLCC specializes in a cappella literature from the Renaissance to the present; it is intentional about advocating for women composers, and has a long history of commissioning new music. This season sees premieres of works by Dobrinka Tabakova and Kerensa Briggs.

Members should be fully vaccinated, and the choir has taken measures to reduce the spread of COVID in its ranks.

Interested singers should consult the relevant page (under “Our Singers”) on the SLCC website to learn what’s required at an audition. To arrange an audition, contact execdirector(at)chamberchorus.org
