The Seattle Bach Choir and Artistic Director Daniel Mahraun announce auditions for all parts for our 2022-2023 season!
Beginning September 6, rehearsals take place Tuesdays, 7:15-9:30pm, at Maple Leaf Lutheran Church in northeast Seattle.

Our 2022-2023 season will include Bach’s motets, as well as works by Caroline Shaw, Jonathan Dove, Gavin Bryars, and others. We are also pleased to host a collaborative performance with Seattle’s shadow puppet theater, Paper Puppet Opera.

This is an awesome choir! I have been a member for over 30 years and through a few directors, each of whom has brought wonderful music our way! The choir is of good quality in all sections, and while this has been harder during the time of COVID, we are a fairly friendly group and would love to have you join us! We have recordings on youtube, if you are interested in our sound, and we have a Facebook page, too. If you are in the Seattle area and have Tuesday evenings open, I think you should give us a try!
