Please take this survey on choral ensemble organizations and Access, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADEI) practices. It should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. You may submit the survey multiple times, but please only submit one survey per choral organization. Organizations with multiple choral ensembles should submit once and only one person should submit per organization. This survey will be active until July 6, 2021.
The purpose of this survey is to assess how choral organizations are implementing ADEI initiatives and what factors influence their ADEI practices. The data gathered from this survey will contribute to Dr. Rebecca Seeman’s research in ADEI practices in performing arts organizations at the University of San Francisco and results will be made available to the choral community.
