ACDA East now accepting Exhibit and Advertisement Reservations

It is my pleasure to announce the opening of the exhibit halls and advertisement reservation form for the American Choral Director’s Association Eastern Division Conference “Pushing Boundaries”.

This link will take you to the ACDA East website where you can find information regarding conference advertising using our online app, or exhibiting in our exhibit hall (this year with significant improvements based on last year’s feedback from vendors, including a daily raffle and free breakfast inside the exhibit hall).

 

The exhibit hall booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to our most loyal companies. I will be offering specific booth reservations once per cycle (2 – 4 weeks), and will contact you directly confirming your requests after receiving word from Chris Lawrence at national.

To register your event/company and/or to advertise with the Eastern Division ACDA conference in Boston, MA, please submit this form with payment to Chris Lawrence. The registration form has his email, fax, and physical address for your convenience.

As with national conferences, any exhibitor with a badge is welcome at all ACDA Eastern Conference events without additional fees.
