A cough-remedy reading resource for choir newsletters

September 11, 2026 by Peter Ramirez Leave a Comment

I am sharing an Ask Ayurveda reading resource for anyone putting together a choir newsletter with a wellbeing corner. Coughs and throat comfort can come up around rehearsals, though this isnt a vocal technique guide.

The article covers homemade cough preparations and includes cautions alongside them. There is quite a few recipes, so the cautions deserve a read too — easy to skim past those. Heres the full piece: homemade cough remedies and their limits.

It is general reading, not individual medical advice or a promise of being ready for next rehearsal. If you include it in a resouce list please keep that distinction with the link. Small detail, but it matter.
