Region Honor Choir Applications–Critical Update

Are you planning to have students audition for your Region Honor Choirs? If so, there are some critical updates to the application process that warrants your immediate attention. We’ve gone through another update since the 2025 National Conference. We want to ensure you can navigate the system without any hiccups. To have a successful application process, you need to start planning TODAY for your submissions.

All Honor Choir Applications in every Region now require that you log-in through your ACDA member portal account. There are two ways to access the application:

• Go to www.acda.org; Click Sign In in the upper right. Sign in. Click “My Profile” in the upper right. Click “Calls” on the left navigation.
• Go to https://my.acda.org/s/calls. Follow the same sign in process as above.

NOTE: You will only be able to see the applications that are open and available in your Region. You will not see any available applications if your Region has not opened yet. You will not see any applications if your ACDA membership has lapsed. See the bottom of this page for the opening schedule.

You’ll know you are logged in correctly when you either see an open application (see dates below) OR you see a message that says “No calls are currently open. Please check back later”

You should check to see that you can log-in to your ACDA member portal IMMEDIATELY and that your ACDA membership is current. Only Active, Life, Paying Life, and Retired members may submit students for Honor Choir Auditions.

You are welcome to create test applications when your Region’s application is open. Please DO NOT process credit card transactions on test applications. The system WILL charge you!

Region Honor Choir Application Opening Schedule:

August 27: Midwestern Region
September 1: Eastern Region & Northwestern Region
September 2: Western Region
September 3: Southwestern Region
September 8: Southern Region
