International Activities Committee Call for New Members

The ACDA Standing Committee on International Activities is seeking (a) new committee member(s):

The ACDA National Standing Committee on International Activities works to inspire excellence in choral music by expanding our reach around the world to create positive social change, foster community, and create opportunities for the next generation of international choral leaders. ACDA is committed to opening doors to enduring partnerships with international choral organizations. As we continue to build bridges with our international counterparts, we strengthen our own ability to learn from others, serve our communities, and forge stronger relationships with our partners around the world.

In addition to being committed to choral music, successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to international outreach related to choral music. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in leadership at the local, state, region or national level of their respective districts, regions, places of worship, schools, or communities. The desirable candidate would have participated in the International Choral Exchange Program (ICEP) or similar activity. 

If selected for a leadership position, you will serve a two-year term, renewable twice, for a possible total 6-year term of service. The renewal of term is extended by the Committee Chair.
