ACDA has undertaken a substantial review process of our Constitution and Bylaws over the last two years and the vote for the membership to accept or reject these changes opens today.
You can review the revisions here. Please note the revisions only reflect sections of the Constitution & Bylaws where changes are recommended. All other portions of the Constitution & Bylaws not listed will remain the same. You can review the current governance documents (Jan 2021) here.

All voting members will be emailed a ballot to the email address on file with your ACDA membership. Didn’t get a ballot? Email us at for assistance.
The voting period will close on November 15 at 4pm central time.
