ChoralEd: Vocal Exercises

November 6, 2024 by Micah Bland Leave a Comment

Beginning July 2024, ChoralEd briefly transitioned from episodes on pedagogical technique to vocal exercise videos for classroom use.

For many choral educators, starting class can be a challenge.  At the start of every class, teachers are expected to juggle multiple responsibilities (i.e. attendance, paperwork collection/distribution, behavior correction). Simultaneously, teachers must also actively engage students in vocal warm-ups.  To assist teachers, ChoralEd has released several vocal exercise videos that can help choral directors begin class. Additionally, these videos may be beneficial for directors that lack piano skills or require vocal rest.
