We have been experiencing issues sending email to Verizon subscribers over the last few weeks. We’re trying, so far unsuccessfully, to get their issue resolved, so we sadly don’t have an estimated time to fix, but if you’re one of the 200-some ChoralNet subscribers on Verizon, we feel your pain!
If you’re on Verizon, the best and in fact only thing you can do right now, other than wait, is change your ChoralNet account to receive mail to an account that’s not on Verizon. We recommend GMail, or email provided by your institution, if you’re in academic or church circles. Here’s what you need to do to change your ChoralNet email:
- Log into ChoralNet
- Go to My ChoralNet, and select My User Profile
- Click Edit Profile. Scroll down and find your email address, and change it to another email that’s not on Verizon.
- Click Submit
