Fear Not, Dear Friend has a moving text that can be interpretted in many ways. It reminds me of those rare young musicians that I have had the privilege of teaching. Students that were so gifted I felt blessed to be a small part of their lives. Jake Runestad has done a stellar job setting this text and the recording is wonderful. If you have ever loved someone so deeply that you would give them your piece of the sky Fear Not, Dear Friend is for you.
