    Hi Tim,
     
    it seems to be a difficult “problem” to solve….nobody reacts and stays in the confort zone :-((
     
    In any case I really agree that if we want to do something magic we must fly miles away from the no-risk territory.
     
    Writing in English is for me sort of leaving this zone….
