Monday Motivation: Concentration

   Hello Scott,

   Here is a chant I do with my students  on Monday’s when they seem particularly un-motivated.

    

   They Repeat after me each line in an abnoxiously enthusiastic sound.

    

   “I will spend

    

   14% of my life 

    

   On Monday.

    

   I will not waste

    

   14% of my life.

    

   I will face Mondays

    

   With energy 

    

   and enthusiasm

    

   and great posture!
