A goal for our school this year is to increase reading literacy. I would like for my middle school chorus students to read and write about prominent choral composers for all genres and time periods. If you were going to do a composer of the month series, who would you include?

A number of years ago there was a discussion of concerts based around a “lessons and carols” format with the lessons being secular readings.  Poetry and prose from accomplished and/or well-known authors.  Would anybody be willing to share a source for such readings or the readings themselves?  Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have access to the organ score of this book?   If so, please send me copy of organ accompaniment of the Nos 44-46  (Ave Maria by De Groote, Bottazzo, Plad) I have the vocal score, but I have not found the organ score that goes with it.   Thank you.   Geert
