I did but only for a little bit. I have a samsung android. Recently the homepage black bar also disappeared when I went to the site on my phone and I had no way to log on. I couldn’t figure out how to log on to get the red bar back. But then I had an inspiration–I clicked on a thread and at the bottom , there is a *if you would would like to comment you must login* link. I clicked on that, logged on and BOOM, the Red Moderator’s bar was back. All good.
