We are not positive what is causing the issues with mobile moderation. It does sound like cache-ing issues or somewhere on the device, so it makes it incredibly difficult to troubleshoot. We have noticed a few issues with the server the site is hosted on and are working on a new strategy to get the site back to operating correctly. Sorry for all of the troubles.
