Join local singers and music enthusiasts for Harmony in the Community, a warm and welcoming evening celebrating the joy of choral singing. The event brings together community choirs, student performers, and independent vocalists for an evening filled with familiar melodies, seasonal arrangements, and contemporary choral pieces.
The program will open with a selection of traditional choral works before moving into modern arrangements of well-known songs. Several small vocal groups will also perform throughout the evening, giving audiences a chance to experience different styles, ensemble sizes, and approaches to harmony.
Beyond the performances, attendees can take part in a short community singing session led by experienced choir directors. No formal singing experience is required, making the activity a relaxed way for newcomers to experience group singing alongside regular choir members.
The evening will close with an informal social gathering where performers and guests can meet, exchange stories about their musical experiences, and learn about upcoming community choir activities.
