UNUM Vocal Company seeks supplemental singers of all voice parts.

UNUM Vocal Company, a chamber group based in Chicago, IL is seeking supplemental singers for the remainder of the 2019/2020 season.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to hold one voice per part and show flexibility in vocal approach to varying genres of choral music, as the ensemble values diversity of repertoire. Candidates should also demonstrate sufficient sight-singing and vocal agility.

Auditionees will prepare two unaccompanied vocal pieces of contrasting style.

(Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings from 7:00 – 9:30pm for 12 weeks prior to major concerts. Educational outreach performances and other events are scheduled based upon performers’ availability. Performances and rehearsals are compensated.)

Auditions are the evening of Tuesday December 10, with callbacks (if needed) on Saturday 12/14. Please notify us if you would like to request an alternate time for your audition.
