The Cathedral of St. Mary’s of the Assumption (http://www.stmarycathedralsf.org/) is looking to fill the Soprano 2 section leader/soloist position IMMEDIATELY and a Soprano 1 section leader/soloist position starting in July, They are not sure if they will be singing through the summer this year, but will know shortly. Christoph Tietze, Director of Music, is looking for sopranos that can sing straight-toned comfortably as they sing a lot of polyphony, and can sight-read well. Rehearsals are Thursdays from 7:30-9p, Sunday call is 10:20a, 11a Mass and out by 12:10p. They have special Masses and concerts in addition to regular Masses. $27.51/hr soon to go up to ~$28. NOTE: There is a Vivaldi Gloria concert on 5/8/16 w/ a 3p call and 4p concert. If you are interested, please email Christoph directly at to schedule an audition.
