Tenor Soloist / Section Leader Needed, Greenwich, CT

Tenor soloist / section leader needed at First Presbyterian Church, Greenwich, Connecticut. Position is for a 2nd tenor in a professional octet with volunteer choir. Must be excellent sight reader with very strong voice. Traditional repertoire. Thursday rehearsals begin September 5 from 7:15 to 9:00. Sunday warmups are promptly at 9:00-9:30, with service from 10:00-11:15. Season runs through mid-June. Extra services Christmas Eve and Easter week. Soloists take turns singing solo Sundays during summer. Occasional concerts. Pay is $100 per appearance, additional for concerts. Appropriate attire required. Church is 15-minute walk from Greenwich Metro-North stop.
