Tenor soloist needed – First Presbyterian Church, Greenwich, CT

Tenor soloist/section leader needed at First Presbyterian Church, Greenwich, Connecticut. Position is for 2nd tenor in a professional octet with volunteer choir. Must be excellent sight reader with strong voice. Traditional repertoire. Position available immediately after Labor Day. Season runs September through mid-June, with Thursday rehearsal 7:15-9:00 and Sunday warmup and service 9:00-11:15. Extra services Christmas Eve, Maundy Thursday and Easter. Soloists take turns singing solo Sundays during summer. Occasional concerts. Pay is $100 per rehearsal or service, additional for concerts. Church is 15-minute walk from Greenwich Metro-North stop.
