Soprano and Bass staff singer vacancy

St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Dallas, TX has a vacancy for a soprano and bass staff singer.

St. Michael is one of the largest Episcopal churches in the country with a keen interest in building back its music program. Serving as a staff singer entails singing in two ensembles: as one of 12 staff singers in the adult choir of about 32 singers, and singing with an ensemble of staff singers only who sing with our choristers. Schedule during the program year is a Wednesday night rehearsal, two services with warm-ups on Sunday morning, occasional Sunday evening services, plus the usual Christmas and Holy Week extra services. Excellent, competitive call fee, and solo opportunities.

We’re looking for experienced singers who enjoy choral music, have outstanding sight reading, are comfortable with a healthful non-vibrato choral sound, and have a positive, team attitude.
