Join Sirens of Gotham!
Based in the heart of Manhattan, Sirens of Gotham is a fresh take on women’s a cappella. Performing a variety of genres ranging from barbershop to contemporary pop to classical to vocal jazz, the Sirens take pride in performing all kinds of a cappella music.
Sirens of Gotham has accomplished much since its establishment in November of 2011 and has grown exponentially since February 2013, when the ensemble became a chartered chapter of the world’s largest music education organization for women: Sweet Adelines International (SAI). Since then, the Sirens have become the SAI Region 15 Division A Champions, taken 3rd place in the 2015 New York Harmony Sweepstakes, appeared on multiple televised broadcasts, starred in a television show, performed in various world-renowned venues, produced their own live performances, and successfully hosted an multiple fundraisers.
Want to check us out? The Sirens rehearse every Thursday night from 7:30-10:00 at Metro Baptist Church (410 West 40th Street, between 9th and 10th Ave). Visitors are always welcome to watch and listen! Please email us at if you plan to stop by – we’d hate to be rehearsing off-site and miss you!
What’s the audition process? A three (3)-night series designed to provide an opportunity for prospectives to learn about the organization, mix and mingle with the current members, experience a rehearsal, and prepare for your audition! All prospective members must attend all three (3) nights of the audition process in order to be considered for the ensemble.

First Rehearsal: Thursday, June 23 from 7:30-10:00pm
