Singers Wanted – Early Music Ensemble

The Gregorian Singers is seeking singers, all parts, for its 2017-18 season. In October we will be presenting two concerts of the music of the Burgundian School, including works by Dufay, Binchois, Ockeghem and others. This fascinating and beautiful music is seldom performed, and we hope to introduce it to choral music enthusiasts who may not be familiar with it. In December we will perform choral music for Advent, and we will be making a recording during the Spring. We are looking for additional singers, especially tenors and basses, though all parts will be considered, who are familiar with and enjoy performing early music and whose voices blend well. Our rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Lake of the Isles, in Minneapolis.
