I am in Canada, I could pay by PayPal (or presumably sent a cheque in U.S. dollars, or a postal order – surely that is doable); however I warn you that shipping from U.S. to Canada is fairly expensive, so you’d better have a sense of the shipping costs before quoting me anything.
