Glen Ridge Choral Society Seeks singers of all voice parts

This enthusiastic community chorus of 35-40 members is dedicated to performing great choral masterpieces. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 8:00 in Glen Ridge, NJ, located about 20 minutes west of Manhattan, in Essex County. Rehearsals take place at the Glen Ridge Congregational Church, 195 Ridgewood Avenue, Glen Ridge, NJ. First Rehearsal of the 2018-19 season is Thursday, September 6th at 8:00 p.m. in the Blue Room

Concert opportunities for 2018-2019 include
Sunday, November 5, 10 AM: Fauré Requiem with instrumentalists;
December 16, 3 PM: “Welcome Christmas!” – our annual Holiday Concert and carol sing with brass, handbells and percussion;
Saturday, January 26, 2019, Pasta & Pops –Sounds of the 60’s;
Sunday, April 7, 3 PM: Music of Light and Peace featuring “Requiem for the Living” by Dan Forrest, with chamber orchestra.

We welcome new members in all voice parts. While we hold no formal auditions, previous choral experience and an ability to read music are highly desirable. Contact director Thomas Mustachio at .
