Choral Scholar Positions Available (S A B)

First United Methodist Church in Pasadena, CA seeks three choral scholars for the coming academic year:
soprano, alto and bass

Duties:
Sing in the church’s Chancel Choir (adults):
Thursday night rehearsals 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
One Sunday service at 10:00 a.m. (9:15 a.m. warm-up)
Additional services/concerts at Christmas and Easter

Excellent interpersonal and sight-reading skills are a must!
Candidate must be currently engaged in some form of secondary education (undergraduate or graduate – any major)

Stipend: $425/month
September 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017
(10 month position, renewable depending on continued eligibility)
