Auditions for Commonwealth Chorale — All parts

Commonwealth Chorale is an 85-person, member-run volunteer chorus under the direction of David Carrier. We are looking for experienced choral singers in all voice parts. Want to see if we are a good fit for you? Join us for an open rehearsal on January 8th at 7:30 pm. We are looking for new members who have voices that blend, good vocal technique, musicianship (including sight-reading ability), devotion to the art of ensemble singing and the desire to be part of a community of talented and adventurous amateur musicians. We rehearse on Tuesday nights from 7:30 to 10:00 pm at the Eliot Church, 474 Centre Street, Newton. The 2018-19 season features works by Verdi, Rachmaninoff, Salieri, Kuhnau, Menotti and Thomson.
