OPEN AUDITIONS FOR CAMERATA BALTIMORE:

Camerata Baltimore is holding auditions for Spring 2017!

While Camerata Baltimore executes many genres of music, our ensemble focuses, primarily, but not exclusively, on choral music. So, reading music is a requirement.

Auditions will commence on the following days:

Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 7pm.
Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 7pm.
Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 7pm.

There are eight spots available – we are adding to our ensemble:
2 sopranos, 3 altos, 1 tenor and 2 bass.

Please prepare a song to sing – highly preferable is an art song or spiritual. Please prepare to sight-read with words and solfeggio. The audition will be no longer than 5-7 minutes per person.

An accompanist will be provided – should you need one. Please bring a copy of the music for the accompanist to read.
