The Gregorian Singers will be auditioning singers for all parts as we plan our 2021-22 season. We are a small ensemble (12-16 voices), first founded in 1973, that specializes in, but is not limited to, the performance of early sacred and secular music. In previous years we have performed the first extant opera, music of the Burgundian school, a concert of new music by local composers, and, most recently, a concert of old and new Scandinavian music. We are seeking singers with clear voices that blend and who can sight-read well. Singers are paid per call following each performance. The Gregorian Singers rehearse on Tuesday evenings at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Lake of the Isles, in Minneapolis, and anticipate beginning rehearsals in late September or early October. For more information or to schedule an audition please contact Artistic Director Monte Mason at or phone 612-823-1688.
