I regret to inform you that ChoralNet member and Union Grove High School Choir Director Kristin Novaez (Tielens) was killed in a motorcycle accident Sunday. She and her husband Dave struck a vehicle that pulled out from a stop sign. They both were killed. Kristin was a talented and dedicated teacher and member of our professional community. She and her husband will be deeply missed by all who knew them.
