Swedish music available

Hi! I am a swedish professional composer. I have an extensive background as a choral singer (barytone mostly, but also 2nd bass and tenor…) and have conducted several choirs from children to adult (inkluding a venerable mens choir). l have been aware of the exeptional ChoralNet for some time, but have never posted anything. I figure I should change that!

 

Now, most of my scores are available in PDFs from me directly, and several of them are recorded either on commersial available CDs or as videos or similar. Some of my scores are published by Norwegian Cantando publishing house.

 

For some ten years I sung in the Lunds Vokalensemble that performed at the ACDA National Conference in New York (several years ago) as “The European Choir” as I remember it. Great fun.

For that choir I was commissioned to compose “Vägen framför andra” (SSATBB). It is based on The Song of Solomon 8:6-7  and First Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Corithians 13:7. I wrote the piece in Swedish, but  have since done translated versions in latin and english.
