Show choir camp about forming bonds

July 12, 2012 by Richard Allen Roe Leave a Comment

By Harold Reutter

GRAND ISLAND, NE — “An army marches on its stomach.”  If that observation by Napoleon Bonaparte is true, it would seem that anyone watching the members of Senior High’s Ultimate Image would believe that it is equally true that a show choir sings and dances on its stomach.

Students in Ultimate Image were busy talking about their expectations for the group for the coming school year when a meal of spaghetti and side salads was carried into the Senior High vocal music room.  Students immediately broke into loud cheers and applause, with a few people practically giving the food a standing ovation.
