My name is John Cavallaro. You may recognize me from the “Composers Dare” contest last year. I wanted to announce to the community that My latest effort is a choral work based on an old German text called the Wessobrunn Prayer. I have submitted it to an international competition called the Diabelli Contest, based in Munich, Germany. Ten finalists will win a trip to Munich for the event this summer. A panel of judges will select five, and the remaining five will be chosen via internet voting! So I’m asking you to please click on the link below to vote for my composition.
