The Andover Choral Society, directed by Michael Driscoll, welcomes singers of all voice parts to open rehearsals from 7:20pm-9:30pm on Monday, September 19 and Monday, September 26 at Christ Church, 25 Central Street in Andover.
Highlights of the 2016-2017 season include a January 29, 2017 performance of Martín Palmeri’s Misatango and works by other Argentinian composers including Domenico Zipoli and Astor Piazzolla. Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass and David Conte’s September Sun are featured on the May 6, 2017 performance. Both concerts are with professional orchestra and soloists.
Andover Choral Society is a community chorus beginning its 87th season. Membership is open to all who enjoy singing and are able to match pitch and read music.
