Norman Children’s Chorus still going strong after 20 years

NORMAN, OK — After starting as a dream to bring choral music to children in 1992, the Norman Children’s Chorus is still going strong.

“I think it’s really an honor to have worked with all of these children all of these years and to be able to provide for them something that will be with them the rest of their lives — to instill in them the love of good choral music,” Executive Director Becky Clinton said.

A product of Clinton’s vision alongside co-founder Angela Broeker, the choir is a nonprofit co-ed choral program for children in grades third through eighth and includes two choirs within the program.
