Music in a Great Space, the concert series at Shadyside Presbyterian Church, presents the Duquesne University Choirs, on Friday, November 4, at 7:30 p.m.
The 24th season of Music in a Great Space begins with Radiant Is the World Soul. The Duquesne University Singers, Voices of Spirit, and Pappert Chorales present a musical celebration of the human spirit, triumphant in the face of adversity. Under the direction of Dr. Caron Daley, Duquesne’s Director of Choral Activities, and conductor Ryan Keeling, Duquesne’s choral ensembles will sing music by Mendelssohn, Ešenvalds, Betinis, Szymko, and Glick.

Shadyside Presbyterian Church is centrally located in the heart of Pittsburgh’s university district, just a few blocks away from the campuses of the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. The church is situated on the corner of Amberson Avenue and Westminster Place, only one block off Fifth Avenue. Free on-street parking is available surrounding the church.
