The Missa Brevis is an extraordinary piece. Composed in the dark years of World War II, Missa Brevis reflects both the dread of the period and Kodály’s understanding of the human voice. Soaring and penetratingly beautiful solos combine with sections for the full choir to create drama and passion.
Please join us for the performance. It will truly be a special musical worship service. Sunday, June 5th, 10 am
72 Kensington Rd, San Anselmo, 94960
